We've partnered with a fast-growing therapy group launching their third clinic in North Brisbane. With a thriving reputation in paediatric development, they're now seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist to lead and inspire a dynamic team of 12 clinicians working with NDIS participants aged 0-17.


This clinic-based role is your chance to shape a service, mentor emerging talent, and make a real impact across a diverse caseload — primarily supporting children with ADHD, Autism, and developmental delays.


What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a growing team of Speech Pathologists and allied health professionals.
• Manage a small, purposeful clinical caseload to stay connected to practice.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary setting to deliver best-practice care.
• Contribute to clinical strategy, service improvement, and team culture.

• 9-day fortnight - 4 client days, alternating between work-from-home and a paid day off

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years' experience as a Speech Pathologist (paediatrics essential)
• Proven experience supervising or mentoring early-career clinicians
• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology & current AHPRA registration
• Working With Children Check & full Australian working rights
